This partnership aligns seamlessly with the university’s Navigate U project, which focuses on holistic student development, success, and wellbeing. By integrating various university departments and ensuring coherence in student support services, Navigate U aims to provide an exceptional educational experience for every student. This initiative addresses critical issues such as student retention, time to graduation, and equity gaps, making significant strides in enhancing student success and targeted faculty development.

The Coalition for Transformational Education’s mission to inspire lifelong wellbeing through emotionally supportive mentoring and experiential learning resonates deeply with the goals of Navigate U.
