Darin Lo Pinedo
Darin Lo Pinedo will be graduating this spring with a major in international studies
of Trade and commerce, along with a minor in business. Lo Pinedo is passionate about
the automotive culture and was a board member for the U Men’s Rugby Club. He describes
himself as a “dopamine chasing, ADHD fueled, walking contradiction.”
Lo Pinedo participated in Community Engaged Learning, Academic Advising, and the LEAP
program during his undergraduate studies. He expressed appreciation for his amazing
professors, including Darren Parry, who had a unique approach to solving world problems,
and Tony Passey, who provided excellent advice.
“The classes at the U are taught by some of the absolute best and experienced people
in their field.” Lo Pinedo said.
Beyond the classroom, Lo Pinedo enjoys snowboarding, riding unicycles, and has recently
taken on sidecar racing. He also spent time at the Sill Center doing homework and
seeing his girlfriend and friends.
After graduation, Lo Pinedo will pursue a career in international business within
the motorcycle and automotive industries.
